REFUNDS/RETURNS
•Preorder items will NOT be refunded for any reason.
•An item can only be returned if there is something wrong with the item itself(defect, snag, loose threads, etc.) Item will need to have all original packaging, unwashed, unworn, tags on, no odor, etc! You can email us an explanation + pictures on why you need a refund; & we will look it over. If return is accepted, customer must ship back with the return label we provide within 1 business day. Once we receive the item back at the shop, we will look it over. If item is sent back as policy states, we will refund the full amount via original payment method. 

PREORDERS!

Preorders standard TAT is 6/8 weeks! Normally sooner! The 6/8 weeks gives time for delays from the manufacturer, shipping time, and other delays that could interfere with arrival date. Please do not email asking for an order update if your order is still within TAT.
